You would not BELIEVE how hard it is to find a quick reference guide for jQuery Mobile. It has taken me literally 2 hours to find something even half usable.
So, thought I would share with the world the two best sites for the information. These sites give varying amounts of detail but, crucially, they cover the data-role attribute and give us lists of what to use:
